About the album

The Slow Life record has been a long time in the making. From the early notes of “The First Sip of Coziness” I began strumming a decade ago, to the final chord of "Slow Life", I have wandered, strayed off the path, and lost myself more times than I can recall. I have taken things at my own pace, like a turtle in the vast ocean - finally bringing this album together in April 2025.

This album is an invitation to flow peacefully with time, not against it. Grinding coffee beans in the morning, watching the sourdough rising, knitting your own scarf for winter, reading a book, painting freely, going for a stroll out of the blue, napping on the grass just because you want to, meeting up with friends for pétanque or a chat... this is what “Slow Life” is all about. I hope you enjoy it within your own moments.
